Ever slaved away at the gym and thought to yourself: "I wish there was an easier way to lose weight"? Well the simple answer is there IS! And it's more than likely because of a simple mistake on your part...
Most people these days seem to think having a gym membership = instant weight loss... Bizarre isn't it? If you eat large amounts of fatty foods and sit on the couch all day you wont lose weight it's as simple as that. However losing weight doesn't have to be as difficult as you think either. Once you have your main activity work some others in around it, try new exercises for short periods, if you enjoy them - great! If not drop them and look for something new.

Now obviously you need to watch what you eat, but that isn't rocket science... a little tip is to eat small portions more often eg: instead of having 3 big meals per day, try to have 6 small meals per day, this keeps your metabolism working at a constant pace instead of having "dips".
